Leigh-Ann, Joanna, or Angela is here to support you on your wellness journey. An initial consultation with a practitioner allows us to tailor a treatment plan to your lifestyle, injuries, and healing history.
At your first appointment
We will ask you to complete a health history form to help your massage therapist assess your needs and concerns. Your massage therapist will talk with you about what you're seeing her for and then your history. She will ask questions that can help her identify problem areas.
Your massage therapist may perform orthopedic testing before the massage, tailoring it to each person's needs. If you are coming in for a particular problem, such as back pain, she usually recommends a 30 or 60-minute massage. Once you have recovered from your injury, some patients choose to come in for maintenance massages every 4-6 weeks.

Massage therapy is a great complement to chiropractic care.
Many of our patients will choose to have massage therapy and their chiropractic appointment on the same day. Some prefer to have them on separate days at regular intervals for ongoing support. Chiropractic and massage therapy work hand in hand to optimize your healing and wellness.
